Having a bit of nostalgia, but can’t remember the name of the film. Just as the first bit says, I remember a guy (that I think was dead), but when music (or a certain song was played), then he would get up and start walking/dancing to it. One bit that stuck out was when he’d even go underwater, so I think the people playing the music had to use a submarine. It had real actors btw, wasn’t a cartoon.
