Is it a good idea for a dancing dalek in Doctor Who?

My friend and I are having an argument, he thinks that it would be a good episode of Doctor Who with a dancing dalek. Not as a skit or anything in the actual show and also he means the creature inside not the actual robot. Also the reason he has for it dancing is that the doctor has found a remote group of daleks that have been forced to “evolve emotions” (which has sort of already been done, but better). Is evolving emotions a good idea as well.
